Analyze of PRs in the spreadsheet and send recommendations which PRs can be cancelled if material is already procured against sales orders.

Detailed analysis of Purchase requistions was carried out by looking at the related sales orders and purchase orders and found that for majority of Purchase req material has been already procured by direct purchase order , so now we can close the open requistions a per spread sheet attached.
